From client Adam (31 years) - after being on his nutritional plan for six months:
After following your nutritional plan for six months, I had my blood checked last week and my cholesterol has stabilized. When I was 27, my LDL was very high and my HDL was very low. My doctor said that my blood is in very good shape now.
I have dropped 30 pounds. Quite effortlessly, actually; aside from walking more, I only do about 20 minutes of intense exercise every other day.
My acne has disappeared. However, because I try not to be a food snob when I am at other peoples houses, I usually end up eating my fair share of what I shouldn't have. I usually break out with acne for a few days after. I wish I had figured that out before now.
I used to get inflammation in my left wrist whenever I had to do a lot of typing (reports, exams, essays). I would wear a brace and live off of naproxin until the pain went away. Now, my wrist never bothers me and I have put through a pile of typed papers lately.
Interestingly enough, you mentioned a change in state of mind after changing my diet (I believe you referred to it as being "more even"). I couldn't agree more. I am happy and energetic on a way more consistent basis now. I am no longer chasing food and always feeling hungry. There was once a time when I thought that anger and frustration was a natural part of being hungry but now I could skip a meal and function without losing friends.
Thank you again for your help. Hopefully, I have given my body a few extra years with these changes!
